Recipe
Boil 500 grams potatoes, Peel it & Mash them, Put 50 grams of oil in a pan, take care the oil should not be too hot, now add half a teaspoon of cumin/mustered and some bay leaves and cut 3/4 of green chilli into it and add some finely ground ginger(a little to taste you can add asafoetida), now add 50 grams of sunferi dabeli masala, fry on low flame for 10 seconds, now add some water like 1 tea spoon in it, cook for 10/15 seconds. Now add 500 grams of potatoes which is prepared earlier in the pan, Add 50 gram coconut powder and put it in. Now turn off the gas, now add about 150 grams of masala peanuts in it, Add coriander leaves in it. And pomegranate seeds. Add and mix everything. Your masala is ready. Take dabeli bread, cut it from the middle and apply green chutney and sweet chutney on both the sides. You can also add onion in it. after filling the masala inside it fry it on pan in butter or oil similarly you can use this masala in Jain dabeli and farali also.
